We are looking for passionate and experienced Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) Faculty for IIT-JEE preparation who can inspire students through concept-based teaching and technology-enabled learning.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality concept-based classroom sessions for IIT-JEE aspirants.
• Teach using Smart Boards, LMS, digital content, and AI-enabled learning tools.
• Simplify complex concepts through practical examples and advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practice sheets, and mock tests.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance.
• Provide academic mentoring and resolve students’ doubts effectively.
• Track student progress and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support hybrid learning (Offline + Online).
• Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and content development.
Required Skills
• Strong command over Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.
• Excellent conceptual and analytical teaching ability.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Smart Boards, MS Office, Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.
• Interactive, student-centric teaching approach.
• Ability to motivate and inspire competitive exam aspirants.
Educational Qualifications
Physics Faculty
• B.Sc./M.Sc. (Physics) or B.Tech./M.Tech. in a relevant discipline.
• IIT/NIT or reputed institute background will be preferred.
Chemistry Faculty
• B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent qualification.
• Prior IIT-JEE coaching experience will be preferred.
Mathematics Faculty
• B.Sc./M.Sc. (Mathematics) or B.Tech./M.Tech. with a strong mathematics background.
• Prior IIT-JEE coaching experience will be preferred.
Experience
• 2–8 years of teaching experience in IIT-JEE coaching institutes or reputed educational institutions.
• Exceptional freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
